Stylish refurbishment and repositioning of an office building including a double height reception and new roof terrace in a partially occupied building.

Works included electrical works, lighting, overhaul of the air conditioning system, decorations and the remodelling of the W.C.s. All to fit the client’s short term plan for the building.

In addition to the refurbishment of the floor spaces The Thornton Partnership also formed a new reception to the Chamber street side of the building including a new entrance and reception desk.

A new roof terrace was also added using materials usually found in scaffolds and the building’s staircase extended to access this terrace.
