Maple Place & Fitzroy Street
A dramatic redevelopment providing 20,200 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over two interconnecting buildings in the heart of Fitzrovia. Winner of RIBA London Award and NLA Award.
19-23 Fitzroy Street comprised the integration of an existing basement car park with the ground floor office space with a new bespoke steel and concrete staircase linking basement to ground and the forming of an internal lightwell, together with a new bespoke glass rooflight to the 1st floor external roof, that now floods the basement with natural light.
Works included new electrical install and lighting, new heating and cooling air conditioning system throughout as well of the install of a new purpose made steel PPC full height entrance door.

Maple Place consisted of 4 floors of refurbished office space. A new polished concrete slab was installed to the ground floor, which benefited from new floor to ceiling glazing and door system to the whole frontage with bespoke design and manufactured lighting to the ground floor.
New electrical installation to the upper floors including black finished enamelled steel conduits to match the lighting.
New WC blocks with tiled floors and walls were constructed and along with existing terrazzo stairs and landings refurbished to enhance decorations throughout the building.
